FIREWISE COMMUNITY DESIGNATION
Paradise Cove is now a certified Firewise® community! This national designation recognizes neighborhoods that take proactive steps to reduce wildfire risk. Some insurance providers may offer considerations for Firewise communities. Be sure to:

Share it with your insurance carrier.
Note that Paradise Cove is also protected by private firefighters at All Risk Shield in addition to our community volunteers.
ALL RISK SHIELD
Paradise Cove HOA has contracted with All Risk Shield (ARS) for fire prevention and protection services. Click below to access a report from All Risk Shield that you can share with your insurance carrier (free access). Also see links for ARS service agreement and implementation plans for PC homeowners.
Community meeting - nov 8
Residents met on Saturday November 8, 2025 in the Rec Center to hear from our new private firefighters from All Risk Shield, and ask questions. Information about our fire safety plans and how each homeowner can step up to support the plan was also shared. The session was catered by PC Beach Cafe.
